Pumpkin Decorating Contest Rules

Key Dates:

• Registration Opens: September 11, 2026
• Pumpkin Drop-Off Deadline: October 1, 2026
• Voting Begins: October 3, 2026
• Voting Completes: October 15, 2026
• Display Ends: October 31, 2025
• Optional Pickup: Take your pumpkin home after our Costume Contest event on October 17th.

Voting Details:

• Voting begins October 3, 2026.
• Vote in person at the mall by scanning the QR code on display signage.
• No political content.
• Each pumpkin will have a unique number, that’s how you cast your vote.
• The top 5 pumpkins with the most votes will win!

Important Reminders:

• All designs must be family friendly.
• No political content.
• Scary pumpkins are allowed, but no offensive imagery or language will be accepted.
• Pumpkins will remain on display through October 31st unless you choose to pick yours up after our Costume Contest on October 17th.

Votes will be tallied by Yuba Sutter Marketplace Management, and all decisions are final.
